The annual fee has three components: Club Fees, Team Fees, and the Membership Fee. As a non-profit organization, all club revenue is applied to operating expense and facility development. Uniforms are a separate expense of approximately $125.

Club Fees are established annually by the RCR Board. Coaches’ salaries, field maintenance, and regional soccer association affiliate dues are some of expenses paid from club fees. Annual Club Fees for the 2008–2009 seasonal year will be $1260 per player for DI teams, $1050 per player for Super II teams, and $780 per player for Division II teams. All players also pay the $100 Membership Fee described below.

Team Fees vary by team and are based on the annual cost of tournaments, camps, and other team activities. The volunteer team manager works with the volunteer team treasurer to estimate these costs and so determine team fees. The average range for team fees is $100 to $400 per player per year.  These fees are paid to the team treasurer, not to the Club.

The Membership Fee is a tax-deductible annual payment of $100 per player.  This is used to fund field improvements and financial assistance for RCR players.

Financial Assistance covering up to one half of a player’s total Club Fees is available to eligible players. Applications are due on or before June 1st. Awards will be determined by July 31, 2008. Aid is limited, so apply early. Download and fill out the 2008–2009 Financial Assistance Application, or ask your team manager for more details. All financial assistance is applied to the later payments in the payment schedule, so you will be required to make the earlier payments.

An Early Payment Discountof $50 will be given to families that pay the Membership Fee and all Club Fees by June 30, 2008.  No discount will be given if the total payment is made after June 30, 2008.  If you wish to benefit from this option, mail in your total payment (minus the $50 discount) along with a completed copy of the 2008–2009 Fee Commitment Form.  Note “Early Payment Discount” on your check.  After your check is received, you will be sent no further billing notices.
