Boys Select Philosophy:

The Rangers staff will provide a fun and competitive environment while providing all tools necessary to succeed in that environment, this environment will focus on player development in all areas of the game of soccer.  We will encourage players to grow through making mistakes and push for them to learn from those mistakes in order to become the best version of themselves on and off the field.  

The South Texas Youth Soccer Association provides a variety of different levels of play. As a staff each coach will determine what level of competitiveness best suits their team. From there each team will strive to grow and move forward to higher levels of play as teams become older and more developed.  Our goal is to make every player ready for the highest level of play, by providing a clear path starting with our academy, to select soccer.
